  • When you receive the SMS reminder, please respond with either "Yes" to confirm your appointment or "Cancel" if you need to reschedule or cancel. Your response helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

  • We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but no-shows inconvenience both our staff and other clients. Therefore, clients who fail to attend their appointments without prior notice may be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you, so we rely on your understanding that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and the clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

  • Yes, new clients and clients who have previously not shown up for appointments will be required to pay a deposit of $100 if the appointment booked over the phone. This deposit will be deducted from your total amount on the day of your service.

  • Yes, all appointments booked on weekends and public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods to make your transaction as convenient as possible. These include Eftpos, Debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Direct Debit. Please note that we do not accept cash payments for our services.

  • At this stage we do not offer After Pay.

  • HAIR SPA uses the own hair care brand. We have our own laboratory and make our own hair products each week. This means we can make them free from preservatives, and with the optimum potency, purity, and balance for the ideal treatment for your hair. We make sure that each ingredient is the very best, top quality and 100% safe for both you and the environment. We also use Malibu C, Artego and La Biosthetique cosmetic brands.

  • If you're unsure about which treatment would be most beneficial for your hair and/or scalp, we offer free consultations with our experienced therapists. They will provide personalized recommendations tailored to your specific needs and concerns.   • At HAIR SPA, our commitment is to deliver excellence in every aspect of our service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your salon experience, please inform us within seven days (one week) of your appointment. We will gladly make the necessary adjustments to your hair treatment without any additional fee. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for services rendered. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling delighted with their experience.

  • We provide convenient parking options for our clients to ensure a stress-free visit to our facilities. For shorter appointments, there are plenty of 2-hour parking spots available around our premises. Additionally, there is a secure parking lot located next door at Daily St Car Park, offering parking at $7 per hour, $20 for a full day's parking, $16 for early bird entry (between 6am - 10am), $10 after 4pm (with exit before 6pm), or a $10 flat rate on weekends.

    If your appointment exceeds two hours, we offer our own free private undercover parking for your convenience. Simply call us two to three minutes before your arrival, and our receptionist will meet you at the car park to unlock and secure the gate for you.

    The entrance to our car park is located opposite the porch at 7 Claremont Street. Please note that Claremont Street is a one-way street, so ensure your GPS is set accordingly to find the best route to our parking facilities.
