We'll discuss your findings and help you understand which cosmetic ingredients may be suitable for your hair and scalp.
Your microscopic images will be emailed to you after the workshop.

Absolutely. You can book individual places in the same workshop, subject to availability. Each session accommodates a maximum of four participants.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
A 50% deposit (A$187.50) is required to secure your place.
We do not ordinarily offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations.
You may request one reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Your replacement workshop must take place within six months of your original booking date.

A minimum of two paid participants is required.
If Hair Spa Melbourne cancels your session, you can choose a full refund or transfer to another available date at no additional cost.

Your 25% discount is valid for three months from your workshop date and applies to one eligible 2-hour VIP treatment booked directly with Hair Spa Melbourne.
It cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

The workshop is an educational cosmetic experience, not a medical consultation or diagnostic service.
Individual assessments may be conducted privately. Sharing microscopic images with the group and participating in promotional photography or video are optional and require separate consent.
